The city of Bangkok is not a collective project at all because resources such as time, labour, energy, and money are not managed in a collaborative manner between different factors, resulting in a city where the rich take everything and the poor are left suffering. The main problems of Bangkok are: economic inequality, mobility, education, safety, politics, and geography.

Anusorn School is an abandoned building in Ekamai, an area known for its food, nightlife, and furniture design. The school is surrounded by low income slum community on the left, and luxurious private homes on the right.

The building is owned by Acmen Group, a furniture company so the solution is to turn the building into residence for the low income workers as well as providing a school and resources for them to be able become skilled and gain more income by selling their own furniture at the school and also in the surrounding furniture shops.

This project will benefit the workers by providing them with an opportunity for more choices to gain income as well as skills to use creatively. Also, the community will be stronger by working together and the economic inequality will be lessened because of the extra income.

The model uses the contrast between the white and brown materials to show the juxtaposition between the new and existing elements. The white are the column and floor slabs, creating the structure of the building.
