     The Riverton Service Apartments are situated at the very end of Soi Sukhumvit 13, and right next to Knong Sean Saep canal. The only access to the building is by Soi 13, but a narrow path (about 1m - 1.2m wide) along the canal passes  behind the residence. The vegetation is strongly present near the site, due to the proximity with the canal, and adding to this the walkway and the small scale of the surrounding buildings, it makes it a very nice, ventilated and comfortable place.

     The building hold is a square form of 30 m, and they are 8 storages, that makes about 29 m of hight. There are 16 pillars, separated by 10 meters, and each floor is 2.70 m high. Only the primary structure has been completed, the construction stop at that point. It is made of reinforced concrete, featuring a pillar-beam system. The stare case is in place, also with the elevator case. We had the opportunity to get inside and visit the rooftop, and we noticed the remaining steel structure coming off the pillars. We got inside thanks to the family that lives here. They have been here for 3 years now, so they said, and they fitted the construction office into a living area. 

      For the transportation access, there is a pier at the end of Soi Sukhumvit 15, where a boat-bus stops every 30 minutes. The site is also situated 10 min walking from Nana BTS Station, 20 min walking from Asok BTS Station, and the Makhasan Railway Station is situated on the other side of the Canal, beyond Petchaburi Road.
