This is the city for people who want to escape the pressure and the rules from the main city. This is the city for vacation where everything which is banned from the main city is allowed to do here. The city where people can relax and do whatever you want.

Even though this island portrait as an alternate world of freedom, however it is controlled. This is a control room which have the cctv inside because if they are no control, they are no safety. I want people to think that this place is freedom, so the control room need to be hidden. So, I locate the control room under the ground. On the external, it is look like the landscape of the island, but the internal, there is a cctv to watch people do activities.
