PHASE 4.1 : Utopian instance

An artificial island

-

The island is based on the principle of a boat, for the structure as well as for its movement .  There are various structures: a structure for the floating part of the island, a structure for the ground of the island (which recreates a natural relief while being completely artificial). Under the structure of the relief are cellars which can be visited by the public. In these cellars they can observe the numerous tanks (these tanks contain water and the nutriments necessary for the vegetation being above), Or have hot or cold bathes… The island is crossed in its center by a gigantic tunnel which makes it possible for the strong sea currents to pass without destabilizing the island. Part of this water is directly collected and treated, while the rest passes throughand has the turbine run. Inside the island is the center of desalinisation as well as a second tank (larger than the lake). The islands are positioned where currents and waves are strongest (for energy production). But once the treated water tanks are full these islands can sail and approach the coasts, to be connected to Singapore and to transfer water.
