This phase is about starting to think of a proposal that relates to the idea and research on the participatory culture.
By imply tattooing as a metaphor, I create vision for a proposal of tattooing the scar of petchaburi road playing with the site history and propose a memorial park to not only create awareness of the disaster but also to bring back life of the community.
