Plan analysis came from the idea of previous phase that I'm interested in the way people spend their leisure time. Shopping is one of the main activities that happen in the center of the city.
I choose this 5 territories of the Bangkok areas to analyze about what kind of activity happens in each individual areas. The main topics to analyze are basically about shopping malls and the least of the topics are related to other activities.

(Siam area: Siam Center, Siam Discovery, Siam Paragon and MBK Center)
(Chit Lom area: Central Chidlom and Central Embassy)
From the recent report, Siam, Chitlom and phloenchit are the space that have the most expensive land price. The Malls group and Central group are the biggest firm that can own that spaces. Under the brand of this two firm will provide similar kind of product but the quality still similar to one another. Therefore I think the ownership also be another part to concern about how each shopping mall is different. The strategy of management is definitely focus on people in different group.
