Equally Ground

Phase 2 : Urbanus - Equally Ground

“Whom belong to riverside?”

Alway be my question. People with money to investigate, people who has house or people from around the country. What is the best strategy that appropriate to this situation. Build new prominence, destroy historical and create new landmark,is a best answer for this question.

I analysis along a Chap Phaya Riversider, focusing around Famous hotel which is historical place. Reason that i choose this site because i want to focus on the right of use in river place. After i look deeply into each building that locate along riverside. I find that  they are not much area people can use without paid, many area that provide a prominence at riverside but we can’t use them. Many area seem to be useless area for us. Resident expect condominium and hotel doesn’t have any kind of prominent. Only park can be used. Temples and school are seem to be a semi-public for some people. Market is also be the public but function of space doesn’t serve people to chill out along the rivers. Everybody should have right to used riverside but right of ownership create class for people in our country. Variety of layer make our life hard and harder to change or understand it. Maybe, it is not equate for anyone if we obey in the value of land. We need to change it, not by fix what we already build but from what we going to build. In term of subjective and objective

The question of this research is what would it be a future riverside rather than destroy what they can.
