The selected site is located in Ekamai which is an area known for its furniture design shops. There are a variety of shops including imported brands, local brands, vintage shops, lighting, kitchen design, etc. Acmen Complex, the owner of the school building is also a furniture company. The proposal is to turn the school into a design center, teaching people nearby how to create furniture and create an income by selling to the shops.
