Efficientcy the politic of economic toward architecture

The way economic(quantity) and technology(structure) become the parameter or limitation that control the design of building from a large scale as urburnism to the building scale eg. The building need to get higher and make more room for quatity and to build a tall building you need a good structure in this case a large column that place on 6x6 span grid. This grid become a parameter the structure defining space dimention which space inside the building has to follow this kind of grid. Grid on the plan plan also applying and creating grid on the facade of the building

From the reading bigness, the economic force the building to go extended to the limitation of the plot. this culture become a building scale to the urban scale problem in which it decrease the value of architecture because the building were  control by the economic and technology factor.

When a building become larger it create a distance between the core of the building to the facade. The interior and exterior no longer related the sun direction on ventilation is unrelated to the interior. The facade cannot reveal what going on inside. interior and exterior become seperated project. 

Repitation

Related to technology at that time where mechanical repetition is easy(mass production) This kind of misused function of the facade has been repeat through out the building on all size of the facade. In reality from the sun path direction of sunlight is always change and effect differently to different side ofthe building. (Also wind and rain)
